Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and certificates intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry (engraved pieces, special orders)
- Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired after purchase
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the exchanged item is of greater value, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected in-store, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item does not meet our return conditions.

Warranty
All Haddad Jewelry pieces are crafted to the highest standards. If you experience a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, we will repair or replace the item free of charge, subject to inspection. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
