Haddad Jewelry offers customer-friendly policies designed to afford you a most secure and safe shopping experience on the web.


By using this site, you signify your agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use this site. This site is owned and operated by GOLDFINGERS, DBA (“Haddad Jewelry”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Please review the terms and conditions periodically. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes and/or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

We only ship U.S.P.S Priority Mail, with signature confirmation. We do NOT ship outside the United States and or to P.O Box Addresses.

If making a purchase with a credit card, we will only ship to address registered with the credit card company. If arranging payment through wire transfer, once the funds are received, we can ship to any address specified. Excluding P.O boxes.

California Buyers

All California residents MUST pay an 9.00% Sales tax on all purchases.


We will accept returns, 7 (seven) days from receipt of delivery. All sales are final after 7 days. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, we will assume the item has arrived as described and without any damage. If you do not, we will assume any subsequent reports of damage to the piece was sustained after delivery was accepted. We photograph all pieces before they are shipped and pack all shipments carefully to insure safe delivery and transport.

Sizing and shipping fees are non-refundable.

You have 7 days from the time your package arrives to return your item. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you. No items will be accepted for return if they are damaged, altered, worn, engraved.

Please contact us at 818-523-6969 to arrange for your return. You must ship the item back to us via USPS, UPS or FedEx, it must be registered and insured for the retail value of your original purchase, and it must be packed safely and securely. Remember that while the jewelry is in your possession, you own it and you are fully responsible for it.

Once we receive the returned item, we will check the condition of the item and issue an exchange credit, less any shipping or sizing charges, within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us at the number provided or email us.


In order to use certain features on this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.


To buy from us, you must provide your contact information (name, phone number, email address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, and billing address). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders ONLY. If we have trouble processing an order, we will also use this information to contact you.


We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect your data against being lost, misused, or altered.
