Return Policy


For domestic orders, we offer a 7 day return policy, for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping & insurance) only for standard items purchased online. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, we will assume the item has arrived as described and without any damage. If you do not, we will assume any subsequent reports of damage to the piece was sustained after delivery was accepted. Items must be in original condition (not worn, sized, engraved, set, or altered in any way). We do not accept returns or exchanges on any special orders (i.e. special sizes, custom orders, engraved or set items, or any altered merchandise) . All returned items must be received by Haddad Jewelry within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please call to speak with an associate prior to returning your merchandise, to request a Return Authorization #.

Packages shipped to us without a Return Authorization # will be returned to sender unopened. All returned merchandise should be mailed registered and fully insured.

*Returns on purchases valued over $1,000.00 made with a credit card/debit card are subjected to a 10 % re-stocking fee.

Please contact us at 818-523-6969 to arrange for your Return Authorization #. You must return the item back to us via USPS, UPS or FedEx, it must be registered and insured for the retail value of your original purchase, and it must be packed safely and securely. Remember that while the jewelry is in your possession, you own it and you are fully responsible for it.

Once we receive the returned item, we will check the condition of the item and issue an exchange credit, less any shipping charges, within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us at the number provided or email us.
